Yes, If you are registered for FIT classes over the summer semester.
If you've already registered for the fall semester, you can also use the library and borrow materials. It's a good idea to keep a copy of your registration handy in case FIT security officers need to see it to allow you into the building.

If you're planning to register for Fall but haven't done it yet, you cannot borrow any materials. In general, students may borrow material for only the semester they are registered for.

If you're graduating (Congratulations!) or are not a current FIT or SUNY student or employee, see Visit the Library for visitor access guidelines that are in effect all year long.

By the way, the library's hours are reduced during the summer so make sure to check our calendar for details
