I think the best place to begin is their own company website. They probably tell you what their mission is in the "About Us" section. Likewise, I bet they list their vision and values because they are selling points for the brand. They might also tell you the number of stores. At least begin with their location search for number of stores because chances are they have a widget for that as well.

Another way to attack the problem would be to look up the company in either Wall Street Journal or WWD online. The online news sources Business of Fashion and WGSN might also yield useful information.

My last strategy would be to look for reports in Business Source Complete. They often have industry reports.
