We have no way to access to the physical materials that are in the library while we are working and studying remotely.
UPDATE: We are working tirelessly on an online guide, Finding Online Textbooks and Course Reserves that lists all the free online versions of textbooks that we can find using the sources below; see if we've found the book you need!
If the library owns the book in digital format, it will show up inOneSearchwhen you make sure it's set on "digital materials" and then look for the book listings, not related articles or book reviews that might show up.
Are you looking for a textbook? Our Library doesn't have many textbooks in an online format, but we have some new temporary databases that may help. Best bets are Cambridge Core, eBook Academic Collection, Fairchild Books Library, and RedShelf.
Let us know if you have questions about the databases , and we'd love to know if you found the book you want!
If you are not a current FIT or SUNY student or employee, you must request an appointment in order to use the FIT Library. Please see Visit the Libraryand submit your request through the form on that page.
