Try OneSearch and/or use our guide to check if your textbook is available online through the FIT Library.

If you see your textbook listed, follow the links and log in using your FIT user name and password when prompted.

If you don't see your textbook or other required reading,

  • Note that most textbooks are not available online for libraries to lend out, so please be in touch with your professor ASAP if you've checked with us and we confirm that it isn't available. We can work with them to suggest other solutions.
  • Especially if the book you want is not an actual textbook (for example, an art book, a novel, a business or science best seller), be sure to check the suggestions on our guide for other online sources, including NYC's three public library systems.
